Rental Terms

Driver Information

Provided that you have a valid and international driver’s license, and your age and the length of time you have held your license comply with our requirements, you are eligible to hire vehicles from us. The same is true for additional drivers. However, if someone who is not registered on the hire contract drives the vehicle, the insurance will be invalidated.

Rental Time – Our minimum lease length is 24 hours. Reach out to us to discuss leases longer than a month.

Vehicle Return Delays – Get in touch with our call center if you cannot return your vehicle on time. If you fail to inform us in time, or are delayed by more than 2 hours, we will charge you a late return fee.

Fuel – We lease out our vehicles with an almost empty fuel tank, and we would ask you to return them with a similar amount of fuel.

Insurance and Securities

Full vehicle insurance – with this option, our vehicles have full coverage for accidents, bumps, and crashes.

Small damage package – this covers you in situations that do not warrant a police report (i.e. burst tyre, broken glass, broken headlight).

Personal accident insurance – this covers any expenses incurred from an accident involving you and your passengers.

Traffic Penalties

You will receive an email if you have incurred any fines while driving one of our vehicles. Follow the instructions in the email to pay the fine before the deadline. If you fail to do so, you will be charged via your credit card, and if this fails, we will hand over the case details to contracted law offices.

Limits on Distance

You must comply with our ‘fair mileage’ policy when driving our vehicles. You can learn more about this by getting in touch with our customer service team.

Payment Terms and Security

We collect payment at the start of the rental period, and we accept both card and cash.

Deposit

We occasionally ask for a deposit before you start driving. If required, we ask that you pay this by credit card, and we will return the money within 14 business days of the end of the lease.

Changes to Lease Terms

You can change your vehicle type, the start and end date of the lease, and add or remove extra services before you are scheduled to collect the vehicle. This may lead to a change in cost.
